Erin Nicole is a full time Business of denim student at FIDM in Los Angeles. Her ultimate dream is to become a social impact consultant for the fashion industry.

She previously worked as an Associate Designer of cut & sew knits and dresses at lands’ end. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Textile and Fashion Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She received certificates in Entrepreneurship and Textile Science and interned at Lands' End in their Knitwear Design department before continuing on full time.

She is invested in all that surrounds bettering the fashion industry including ethical, sustainable, transparent, and fair trade fashion.  In 2016, she spent her summer interning at Piece & Co in New York City as a Product Development Intern.

In college,  Erin created a relationship with the Goodman Community Center, bringing fashion education and knowledge to the students at Girls Inc.  Her Senior Thesis, titled The Blue Mentality is an aspirational apparel collection exploring the transformation of traditional woven Ikat to contemporary ready-to-wear designs.  While rooted in textile techniques such as dyeing, weaving, and embellishment, the conceptual meaning behind the collection communicates and questions the mind, anxiety, and the color blue.
